Select a course below to enjoy an infusion of innovation with traditional practices that help you strengthen, relax, and rejuvenate to be your best. Workshops and courses are conducted both with and without horses.

Learn how training specific movement sequences can rewire the brain. Sessions build on your strengths and help you focus forward from where you “are.” All fitness levels are welcome. Horse experience isn’t needed – They will teach you what’s working.
