Energy Flows Where Attention Goes

I share this in anticipation of riding as I recover from a broken and sprained foot. I decided to check my seat and discovered tightness and atrophy along with some weird torsion that developed from very lopsided walking. It wouldn’t be fair to bring these imbalances to my horses, so I came up with some specific processes to create the best possible outcome for our first ride. These shorter lessons can be done multiple times per week. They are great for relieving pain as well as improving alignment, flexibility, and better overall comfort. I am really benefiting and thought you could too. The sessions are short, sweet, and doable.
