It’s all about “whole body integrated action”

Sessions focus on coordinating different body parts for improved suppleness, power, and balance.

Practice in the comfort of your home or anywhere with internet connectivity. Lessons are done in standing, sitting, or lying down. Sometimes props are used, but these are things you likely already have.

If you’re ready to move beyond self-limiting habits and reach new levels of health and well-being, consider this effective, yet gentle approach to “whole you” fitness.

What’s Needed for Class:

*Strong internet connection.
*Camera & sound.
*A setting with no distractions.
*Handy props such as a firm chair, wall for support, and a small towel may be used.
*An inquisitive mind.

Attending class regularly brings improvement. Repeating a process with curiosity leads to deeper learning and optimal efficiency to perform your favorite activities better. ALL fitness levels can benefit. It is recommended when you are new to Movement Intelligence that you do the first 3 lessons within 10 days if possible.
