Featuring Michael Wolfarth, Mindful Shiatsu Center | Lynn Punturiere, Aiyana Horse Center

Shamanic energy medicine is an ancient practice of spiritual healing and some say it dates back thirty thousand years in indigenous cultures. A shaman will journey into altered states of consciousness to obtain information to help people heal the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical body. Shamans have had various names in different cultures, most commonly known as in America the Native American Medicine Man, in Japan Man of Hara, in South America Paquo, in Europe Druids and in Hawaii Kuhana among many other terms in international history. Shamans develop the capacity to communicate with spirits, animals spirits, angels, and spiritual teachers for direction and support to use the proper ceremony for the good of all clients in their life journey. Shamanism helps remove negative life conditions due to trauma, DNA, and the experience of life challenges that no longer serve us.

This class will begin the process for clients, students, and practitioners to gain tools to nurture and care for the energy, physical body for better health, intuition, treatment preparation and basic quality of life. Michael also takes us on a shamanic journey to the sacred healing pond to heal and increase our personal insight with the possibility to contact our animal or personal spirit guides for daily guidance.

Topics include:

  • Assembling Reality
  • Basic Understanding of Sacred Space and the 4 directions
  • Shamanic Journey to the Sacred Healing Pond
