  • Participate in the comfort of your home or anywhere with internet connectivity

  • Downloadable lesson recordings available for 48 hours

  • Lessons are done in standing, sitting, or lying down

  • Each process focuses on a specific body area or theme


  • Completed at least 2 private lessons if new to the work
  • Strong internet connection
  • Camera setup so you can be viewed clearly
  • A setting with no distractions (respect yourself and classmates)
  • Space with about 6 feet surrounding you
  • 60 minutes of your full attention (Arrive 5 minutes early for first class)
  • Access to a wall and firm chair that lets you to sit with knees about 90 degrees
  • Inquisitive lifelong learner

Attending classes regularly brings improvement. Like anything else, repeating a process with awareness leads to deeper discovery and optimal efficiency in movement for vitality in all you do. ALL fitness levels can benefit.
