Did you know that YOU decide who you are? It's not up to your parents, teachers, siblings, or even social media. Our identity is often created at a young age and can sometimes prevent us from achieving our creative potential. The good news is you can reshape your identity.

In this foundational workshop we'll move with horses to discover a healthier self-image that aligns with who you want to be. I'll share some simple effective ways to step on the path taking ownership to upgrade your life.

Your thoughts lead to feelings. How you feel determines your actions. These actions lead to outcomes.

Activities:

• What your posture indicates
• Rewire your brain through variation in movement
• Creating a confidence anchor
• Horse activities to overcome apprehension with compassion
• The power of imagination to upgrade performance

Small group setting. Light fare, coffee, tea, water will be provided with 2 short breaks and 30 minute lunch break. An indoor arena in the case of bad weather. Wear comfortable loose clothing and dress for the weather. Closed toe shoes.
