I really enjoyed this session! When we did the spine exercises I could feel that my body had to adjust to the different side twists, to the left and the right, when we put our shoulder and hip to the wall. It became smoother as we went along.

I also noticed different sensations in my back once we stepped off from the wall. Sometimes it would feel prolonged, stronger, or I just got more aware of a certain part of it. I very much like the feeling of leaning against the knot and then also supporting my lower back with the wrap. At one point I had stuffed too much of my wrap at my lombard spine so that I had to arch my back like a duck. That was funny!

When we did the last part of this, knot against the tail bone, I remembered that my tail bone is twisted to one side and I wondered how that affected my riding.

I did the foot exercise with my left foot because my left side is less stable in general. It reminded me of the foot massage Axel gave me yesterday, stepping on the wrap and its knots is a little like foot reflexology which I enjoy tremendously. It is so much more fun to walk on uneven ground than it is to just walk on a flat floor. I will do this more often now!

Thank you, Lynn, for another wonderful session!
See you later today for another session!
