I like how you break down a process into small bites.
At the end of the first process, my scalp was buzzing = improved blood flow. I liked walking, with hair pulling and spiraling.
Ever since the 2020 summit, I’ve been aware of my uprightness, weight on my feet, ease of breathing, ease of turning right and left.
Now I’ll also be more aware of the blood circulation. Usually the circulation drops when you have sat for too long. You can bring the circulation back up by continuing to sit and doing a few minutes of hair pulling.

After the second process, I could sit cross-legged with greater ease. Like you said, this is a good one to do in the bath tub.
The movement can also be done where the hand and the foot are pulling each other in an isometric contraction to begin. Then there is a tug of war where first the foot wins, then the hand wins … this small movement can be done slowly with the pace of the breath first and then sped up.
